Experience is needed for some roles, helpful for others and, in some cases, not necessary at all. If you have experience, please include a short summary with any relevant experience noted. And if you're interested but don't have experience, let us know. We're happy to pair you with someone who can provide hands-on training.

- Producer: Works behind-the-scenes to manage the details of running the show, the show budget, and communications with the cast, crew, committees and third parties.
- Technical Director: Works with the the director and design staff to coordinate the technical needs of the show and recruit stage crew.
- Stage Manager: Provides organizational support throughout the production process, recruits volunteers, calls cues and leads the production beginning with tech rehearsals.
- Costume Designer: Determines costume requirements. And constructs or sources costumes for each character.
- Lighting Designer: Design, set and operate lighting effects for the production.
- Make-Up Designer: Determines make-up direction and hairstyles for characters and works with cast or volunteers to bring those to life during the production.
- Prop Design: Identifies, collects, makes or refinishes, and organizes the required properties for the production. Recruits any needed crew members for the production.
- Master Carpenter: Manages the construction, transportation, building, maintenance and repair of the production's set pieces. Recruits volunteers to help with construction.
- Sound Designer: Sources, sets and operates all sound effects and manages microphones for the production. Recruits volunteers as needed to operate the boards.
- Scenic Artist: Works closely with the artistic director and set director to accomplish all texture and painted effects for the production. Recruits volunteers to help with painting.
- Set Decorator: Works closely with the artistic director and scenic artist in collecting the set pieces that contribute to the mood of the production.
