frequently asked questions


how much are tickets to a spct production?

While prices may vary per show, tickets to most SPCT productions are:
  • $20 Adults
  • $17 Seniors (60+ years old) & Active Military Members
  • ​$15 Children & Students (Youth 18 years old or younger (plus undergraduate college students)
​Children 2 years of age and under who will be sitting in a lap do not need a ticket. Check the show details for any age restrictions.

where can i buy tickets in person?

On the day of the performance, tickets may be purchased with cash, check or credit card at the door. The SPCT Box Office opens one hour prior to each performance. The Box Office is located right outside the auditorium doors at the performance location for each show.

are there discounts for bringing a group?

​Groups of 20 or more receive discounted ticket prices. Email tickets@sunprairiecivictheatre.com for group sales information.

what happens if I can no longer attend?

If you are unable to attend an event due to illness or other reasons, you may:
  • Give your tickets to someone else to use
  • Convert the value of your tickets or registration to an account credit
  • Convert the value of your tickets or registration to a tax-deductible donation​

what happens if spct cancels an event?

If SPCT cancels a performance or event due to weather, illness or other issues, you may:
  • Exchange or use your tickets for a future performance
  • Convert the value of your tickets or registration to an account credit
  • Convert the value of your tickets or registration to a tax-deductible donation​
  • Get a full refund of your purchase
In these situations, SPCT will contact all ticket buyers (or those registered) to notify them of the cancellation and review options for next steps.

Most Sun Prairie Civic Theatre performances are held at one of these two locations. Check your ticket or the show details on the website to confirm the location before heading out to see the show!
